Plot: Initiated my career in the IT services area, focusing on designing and optimizing infrastructure architectures that enabled efficient management across complex, multi-vendor environments. Led large-scale IT transition programs and implemented advanced service management frameworks, driving technical innovation and operational efficiency
Stage 2 – Leading Global Technology Operations
Title: Service Delivery Leader at Wipro and DXC (HPE)
Plot: At Wipro and DXC, I oversaw Service Delivery for 50+ customers across AMS, EMEA, and APJ regions, managing diverse technologies and ensuring seamless IT operations. Directed day-to-day operations, project delivery and IT security practices. Managing budgets, schedules, and scope, built high-performing teams and optimized operational efficiencies to ensure scalability, security, and agility for transformative business outcomes.

Role: Architect Solutions, Thought leadership
